All intellectual property created by employees or contractors during the course of their work for LiquidQube is the exclusive property of LiquidQube unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Include the following information in your report:

Evidence of your ownership of the copyrighted material.

Investigation Process

Upon receiving a copyright infringement report, we will:

Review the claim and contact the reporting party for additional information if needed.

Remove or restrict access to the alleged infringing material while the investigation is ongoing.

Reporting Violations

Employees or stakeholders aware of potential copyright violations within LiquidQube must report them to compliance@liquidqubegroup.com.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action for employees, including termination of employment. Contractors, suppliers, or partners found in violation may face contract termination or legal action as appropriate.
